As you use your membership card at any of our venues, you may become eligible to be raised to a new Diamond Rewards Tier Level. There are six Diamond Rewards tiers, each offering exciting rewards – see below!
As you use your membership card throughout our venues, you will earn Tier Ratings. Your Tier Ratings determine which tier level you fall into and the benefits you will receive. You can always check your Tier Ratings balance from the Foyer, Cashier, Member Kiosks, or through the vector units on the gaming machines.
Members earn Diamond Rewards Points instantly when using your membership card while playing the gaming machines or making purchases across our venues:

You can always check your Diamond Rewards Points balance at any time through the Foyer, Cashier, Member Kiosks, POS terminals, or through the vector units on the gaming machines.
Any unused Diamond Rewards Points expire on the 31st December each year, apart from Blue and White Diamond members who have the additional benefit of non-expiration of Diamond Rewards Points.
